توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها منك عند استخدام موقعنا أو تعبئة نموذج
التواصل، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وما هي حقوقك. نعمل بموجب
القانون رقم ١٣ لسنة ٢٠١٦ بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر.

البيانات التي نجمعها
عند تعبئة النموذج:
- الاسم — اختياري، ولن نمنعك من الإرسال بدونه.
- رقم الهاتف القطري — مطلوب، وهو الوسيلة التي نتواصل بها معك.
- الخدمات التي تهمّك (تصميم / تنفيذ / تأثيث / الكل).
- لغة الصفحة، ووقت الإرسال.
تلقائياً أثناء التصفّح:
- عنوان الصفحة ومعطيات الحملة الإعلانية التي أتيت منها.
- عنوان الـ IP ونوع المتصفّح والجهاز.
- معرّفات تقنية من ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بـ Meta و TikTok لقياس أداء الإعلانات.
لا نطلب منك ولا نرغب باستلام أي بيانات ذات طبيعة خاصة —
كالبيانات الصحية أو العرقية أو الدينية أو المالية أو أرقام الهوية.
الرجاء عدم إدراج مثل هذه المعلومات في خانة الاسم أو في رسائل واتساب.

مع من نشارك بياناتك
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يشغّلون أنظمتنا:

قد نُفصح عن بياناتك أيضاً إذا طلبت ذلك جهة قضائية أو رقابية مختصة في دولة قطر.
نقل البيانات خارج قطر
تعمل بعض الأنظمة المذكورة أعلاه على خوادم خارج دولة قطر. يسمح القانون القطري بذلك
شريطة ألا يترتّب على النقل ضرر جسيم ببياناتك أو خصوصيتك، ونتعاقد مع هذه الجهات
بما يضمن حماية بياناتك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- إذا لم يتحوّل طلبك إلى تعامل تجاري: نحتفظ ببياناتك ٢٤ شهراً ثم نحذفها.
- إذا تعاقدنا معك: نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة التعامل وللمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية في قطر.
- إذا سحبت موافقتك التسويقية: نتوقف فوراً، ونحتفظ فقط بسجل بسيط يثبت أنك طلبت التوقّف.
حقوقك
يحقّ لك بموجب القانون القطري أن:
- تطّلع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك وتحصل على نسخة منها.
- تصحّح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
- تطلب المحو عندما لا تعود هناك حاجة لبياناتك.
- تعترض على معالجة غير ضرورية.
- تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، ودون أن يؤثّر ذلك على مشروعية ما تم قبل السحب.

نستجيب لأي طلب يتعلق بحقوقك خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى، ودون أي رسوم.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبّع
نستخدم أدوات قياس من Meta و TikTok لمعرفة أي إعلان جلب إلينا الزوّار. يمكنك
إيقاف هذا التتبّع من إعدادات متصفّحك بحذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو منعها، أو من
إعدادات الإعلانات داخل حسابك على المنصّات نفسها. إيقافها لا يمنعك من استخدام
الموقع أو إرسال النموذج.
الأمان
يُرسل الموقع بالكامل عبر اتصال مشفّر، ولا تُخزَّن مفاتيح الأنظمة داخل صفحات الموقع،
ولوحة المتابعة الداخلية محميّة بكلمة مرور. في حال وقوع أي اختراق يُلحق ضرراً جسيماً
ببياناتك، سنبلغك وسنبلغ الجهة المختصة في قطر خلال ٧٢ ساعة.
الأطفال
خدماتنا موجّهة للبالغين، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون سن ١٨ عاماً.
إذا وصلتنا مثل هذه البيانات فسنحذفها فور علمنا بها.
الشكاوى
إذا لم تكن راضياً عن ردّنا، يحقّ لك التقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية
البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر.
تعديل هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use our site or submit our contact
form, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We operate
under Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection
of the State of Qatar.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the form:
- Your name — optional; you can submit without it.
- Your Qatari mobile number — required, because it is how we reach you.
- The services you are interested in (design / execution / furniture / all).
- Page language and the time you submitted.
Automatically while you browse:
- The page address and the advertising campaign you arrived from.
- Your IP address, browser and device type.
- Technical identifiers from Meta and TikTok cookies, used to measure ad performance.
We neither ask for nor want data of a special nature — health,
racial, religious, financial or ID-number information. Please do not put anything
like that in the name field or in WhatsApp messages to us.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our systems:

We may also disclose data if required to do so by a competent judicial or regulatory authority in Qatar.
Transfers outside Qatar
Some of the systems above run on servers outside Qatar. Qatari law permits this
provided the transfer causes no serious harm to your data or privacy, and our
agreements with these providers require them to protect it.
How long we keep it
- If your enquiry does not become business: we keep it for 24 months, then delete it.
- If you become a client: for the life of the relationship and as long as Qatari accounting and tax rules require.
- If you withdraw marketing consent: we stop immediately and keep only a minimal record proving you asked us to stop.
Your rights
Under Qatari law you may:
- Access the data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Request erasure once your data is no longer needed.
- Object to processing that is not necessary.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

We answer any rights request within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.
Cookies and tracking
We use measurement tools from Meta and TikTok to see which ad brought a visitor to
us. You can switch this off by clearing or blocking cookies in your browser, or
through the ad settings inside your own account on those platforms. Doing so does
not stop you using the site or submitting the form.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection, system keys are never stored
in the pages themselves, and our internal dashboard is password protected. If a
breach occurs that causes serious harm to your data, we will notify you and the
competent Qatari authority within 72 hours.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone
under 18. If such data reaches us, we delete it as soon as we know.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the
competent personal data protection authority in the State of Qatar.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the last change.
